Why there's no fixed price
Two homes of the same size can take very different hours of work. A cleaning is priced on labor time, and that time depends on the place, its condition and what you ask for.
That's why a price quoted off the cuff, with no questions asked, isn't worth much. A real price is for your place, after a few simple questions.
Square footage and number of rooms
The size of the home sets the base. More rooms, more bathrooms and more surfaces mean more work. A studio and a four-bedroom house are not the same job.
Bathrooms and kitchens weigh more than bedrooms, because that's where the most scrubbing is.
Starting condition, the most underrated factor
A home that's already well kept takes less time than one that hasn't had a deep clean in a long while.
You see it most on the first visit, which often takes longer than the ones after it. After that, a regular rhythm keeps the home at the same level.
Frequency changes the price per visit
A cleaning every two weeks costs less per visit than a one-off, because the dirt doesn't have time to build up. Each visit needs less work.
You can pick weekly, every two weeks, every three weeks or monthly, and change the rhythm when your life changes.
What gets added as an extra
Some items are added as needed, depending on what you want cleaned:
- Inside cabinets and drawers
- Inside the oven
- Window washing
- A heavily furnished home, where the team has to work around and move a lot of objects
